The field experiment with fertilizer treatments of spring wheat on the four different levels of soil supply with mobile phosphates has been conducted in 2005-2007 at the Gomel region of Belarus. It was found significant increase in protein content according to change of mobile P2O5 content soil from 67 to 211 mg/kg, while the grain yield and protein yield continued increasing up to phosphate content 400 mg/kg. Productivity of spring wheat thus increases in 1,6-1,8 times and gathering of fiber from crops - in 1,5 - 1,9 times. The nitrogen fertilizers at rates N60-90-110 were efficient on all studied levels of P content in soil, increasing the protein content from 10.8 - 11.6% to 12,7 - 14,2%. Maximum protein content enhancement from application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers has been found on 3-d level of P content in soil (211 mg/kg) while maximum yield of protein was obtained on highest level of soil P supply at the balanced doses of fertilizers N60+30+20P60K120 at all investigated levels
