[Effictiency of complex angelmintic to fasciola infection (Fasciolosis) in cattle]

The data on the specific features of immunity of cattle when infected with Fasciola hepatica are presented. The Fasciola infection has an immunosuppressive influence on the immune system of cattle. The influence of etrahelmintacid on the immune system of cattle when infected with Fasciola hepatica has been investigated. It has been established that the application of complex angelmintic – Tetrahelmintacid ensures increasing the immune response and decreasing the activity of transaminases whereas clozantim exhibits an immunodepressive influence on the immune system of cattle. At spontaneous infection of cattle with Fasciola hepatica on a background of introduction of Tetrahelmintacid in a doze of alive weight of 50 mg/kg unitary raise quantitative and functional parameters of all parts of immunity, physiological functions of liver are normalized: quantity of T-and B-limphocytes increased in 2,87 and 1,75 times accordingly, macrophages - in 1,5 times; activity of lysozyme increases on 15,28%, the level of the total protein and the basic albuminous fractions increases on 19,64%, concentration of immunogopbulins of class G increases in 2 times. The level of the total protein, albuminous fractions, lysozyme, immunoglobulins, macro-and microelements has slightly increased by the end of supervision, remaining below parameters III and IV groups. Introduction of clozantim led to increase in activity of enzymes of aspartataminotranspherase (AsAt), alaninaminotranspherase (AlAt), alkaline phosphatase (APh) in blood of animals from 3-rd supervision till 7-th day. At introduction of thymalinum quantity of T-and B-limphocytes increased in 2,5, macrophages – on 43,65%,; activity of lysozyme increases on 17,21%, the level of the total protein – in 1,3 times, concentration of immunogopbulins of class G increases in 2 times. However at application of thymalinum activity of AsAt, AlAt, APh remained high
