[Improving activity of meat-producing companies of the agroindustrial complex of the Republic of Belarus]

The article examines present state of meat-processing companies of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus. Improving marketing and management at this companies on the basis of a conceptual model of building integrated structures (holdings) and the combination of strategy the horizontal and vertical integration have been suggested. Organizational structures of management similar holdings are offered
