[Age biochemical changes in blood of pigs]
2007
Arabkovich, A.A.
Age dynamics of changes of biochemical indicators, conditions of peroxide oxidations of lipids and antioxidatic systems of pigs blood of various age is studied. Research were spent on the base of pig-breeding complex Koptevka of the Grodno area and research laboratory of the Grodno State Agrarian Iniversity. Pigs of breed Landras at the age of 10, 20, 30, 45, 60 and 90 day age were the objects of research. The content of the crude protein, albumine, globulin, glucose, calcium, inorganic phosphorus, magnesium, iron, the total lipids, the general cholesterine, urea, and also activity of aspartat and alaninaminotransferaz), malonic dialdehyde, restored glutathione, catalase, vitamins A and E in blood has been defined. It was proved, that the basic biochemical changes in blood at pigs of different age are observed basically of monthly age, that apparently are connected with long postweaning stress, and also insufficient receipt of vitamins A and Е into organism. Research results have shown that the highest concentration of vitamins E and A was at pigs of 10-day age and has made 7,07±1,35 mkmol/l and 1,15±0,24 mkmol/l accordingly. It was connected with the fact that at 5-day age preventive vitaminization of pigs was spent. Already at 20-day age the content of both vitamin E (almost in 2,5 times) and vitaminin A (in 2 times) was less at pigs of 10-day age, and made 2,77±0,64 mkmol/l and 0,51 ±0,09 mkmol/l accordingly. Vitamin E level at pigs of 30-day age was 4,54±0,3 mkmol/l, and vitamin A - 0,07 mkmol/l. Further concentration of vitamin E decreased according to pigs age. It is proved, that insufficient receipt of vitamins A and Е into organism can lead to insufficiency of antioxidatic systems of organism and to strengthening of processes of peroxide lipids oxidation
