[Filtration calculation of the advanced columns - absorbers]

New principal calculation schemes of improved design for definition of carrying capacity of columns - absorbers of improved design are offered. Dependences for definition of carrying capacity of columns - absorbers of improved design are received. Comparison of calculation values of expenses with the experienced ones has shown convergence of results (an error of 3 - 6 %). The research conducted at the hydraulic stand and on models have shown, that the basic share of the expense of a design is the expense entering through section of a projection of the lower or average element vertically. Besides, water additionally entries from charge of the top element, located out of a contour of a projection of lower one or, average element that it is possible to consider by means of introduction of correction coefficients. Principal calculation scheme of improved design of columns - absorbers KPF - 1 with the widened top water reception element (section area 10 square m) and hickness of 0,3 - 0,4 m is shown. The average water entering element is combined with the lower water taking away element and has the volume filter round a filtering insert from the goffered drainage pipe with the filter. The insert is connected to a drain by connecting filtering boxes. Average and lower elements have width of 0,5 m and calculated length. In the resulted design water from the top element entries to the lower one not only within a contour of the projection of the lower element, but also from an adjoining zone, i.e. a working zone of filtration is much more than area of the projection of the lower element
