Methodical approaches on quantitative estimation of loads entering into the open land reclamation system are offered. Regularities of transformation of bed and hydraulic regimes of open land reclamation system with respect to time and space are revealed. Problems of complex Influence of water - erosion and deflationary processes onto the elements of open land - reclamation system are stated. From the analysis of long - term numbers of supervision over processes of deformation of channels of the region of Polesje it is established, that the prevailing reasons of their unsatisfactory state are silting and overgrowing. Silting of open conductive network depends on a complex of the factors which action changes in time and in space. At a quantitative estimation of intensity of silting it is necessary to consider the following factors: degree of transformation of the drained mass, structure of its use and a water current order. The complex account of the given factors, which influence it is unequal in time and in space, it is necessary for costs planning on repair - operational actions for technical service of an open reclamation network. During the process of exploiting the open network is not only deformed, but also overgrowing, and the last one affects reduction of carrying capacity for land reclamation channels. On the contrary, for hydraulic not counted channels to which dehumidifiers and a part of collectors concern, more significant influence on their working capacity silting renders
