[Analysis of sim - triazine herbicides and their metabolites in natural environments]

Sim - triazine herbicides are basically applied for weeds control on some field and vegetable crops. Sim - triazines is one of leading groups of herbicides on a scale of production and consumption. As a result of their long-term universal application and high persistence danger of stable soil pollution of ground, as sim - triazines and toxic products of their transformation is rather real. In this connection the research directed on development of methods of definition of herbicides content and their metabolites in soil and other objects of environment are actual. At present gasliquid chromatography as analysis method of the majority of sim - triazine herbicides applies, but the given method does not allow to identify intermediate products of degradation. Simazine and prpmetryn received from technical preparations by method of recrystallization from acetone have been used as objects of research. Pure cultures of the microorganisms capable completely to decompose given herbicides have been allocated. At studying of mechanizms of simazine and prometryn degradation in different systems (periodical cultivation and model soil systems) a method of identification of intermediate products of biotransformation, and also quantitative definition of analyzing pesticides have been developed. Extraction of herbicides and their metabolites from model soil systems carried out by methanol. Methanol fraction was centrifugalized, supernatant was analyzed by means of a method of highly effective liquid chromatomass spectrometry. Research have shown that this method allows to identify unequivocally triazine herbicides and their metabolites in environments
