[About formation of common agricultural market of the countries of EEC]

Questions connected with the formation of the common agricultural market of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Community (EEC) are considered. The gradual creation of the сommon market supposes passing through the number of stages, and the final stage is the common agricultural policy of the EEC members-countries. In this connection the perspective directions of modernization of the common agricultural policy are developed, which will allow stable increase of agricultural production and considerable improvement of rural life. To fulfill this aim the сеrtain tasks of common agricultural policy are set up. On the base of the experience of the EU countries in their agricultural market creation the principles of common agricultural policy of the EEC countries with an account of implementing the measures for increse of agricultural production efficiency are specified and substantiated. For realization of an uniform agricultural policy it is necessary for member countries of the EEC to concentrate attention to the original coordination of (game rules) between competing groups within the limits of the Community. Methodological base of the organization of an uniform agricultural policy of the states of the Community which should be based on a set of the interconnected principles (by analogy to the EU) are resulted
