[Innovation development of the meat and dairy branch]

At the first stage of realization of the Program of the Development of the Meat and Dairy Industry for 2005-2010 in Belarus (in 2005-2006) modernization and technical re - equipment of 36 branch organizations are spent. On these purposes it was directed 273,3 billion rbl. from which on a share of the meat industry it was spent 55 billion rbl., dairy industry - 218,3 55 billion rbl. Investment was carried out due to the following sources: credits of banks - 118,1 billion rbl., own means of the organizations 117,6 billion rbl., the budget of Minsk - 14,9 bilion rbl., others - 22,7 bilion. As a whole the organizations of the meat and dairy industry on technical re - equipment have received 479,5 billion rbl. It was underlined that reception of the competitive, qualitative and best - selling production giving target incomes depends on set of factors: the newest technologies, safe systems of machines, providing with working and circulating assets, qualifications of leaders and experts, presence of corresponding macro and microeconomic conditions. Studying the changes which have occurred in meat and dairy branch has shown that technical re - equipment has allowed to introduce the international standards of quality management ISO of 9000 series at 71 enterprise of the meat and dairy industry, system of the analysis of risks and critical control points. Within the limits of technical re - equipment the actions directed on at application of technologies without waste of processing of raw materials, assortment expansion, increase of competitiveness of made production, decrease in power inputs have been carried out
