Pigs hypomicroelementoses prevail in structure of metabolism diseases and are one of principal causes of low safety and efficiency of young growth. In this connection for veterinary science and practice working out of the complex preparations allowing simultaneously to do preventive maintenance is rather actual and to treat the pigs diseases caused by the most scarce microelements. Such preparation which has received name Tetramineral was developed, studied and offer manufactured at the department of pharmacology and toxicology of the S.N.Vyshelessky Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine. It contains in structure Fe, J, Zn and Se. At parenteral introduction to pigs of Tetramineral its dose - dependent influence on indicators hemopoiesis and metabolic homeostasis is marked. Preventive efficiency of an unitary intramuscular injection of the preparation in a dose of 6 ml on an animal at hepatodystrophia and pigs parakeratosis are made by 90 and 45%
