[Revelation of antobodies against circovirus 2 at sows by the method of the immunoperoxidase monolayer analysis]

In this investigation the presence of the antibodies against circovirus 2 was studied in population of the pregnant sows and gilts under conditions of the industrial farms of Belarus. Firstly the immunoperoxidase monolayer analysis was used for studied samples from Belarus herds. In the given research for the first time a method of the immunoperoxidase monolayer analysis for the purpose of definition of antibodies to CVS - 2 at sows and gilts under conditions of the farms on pork production at the agroindustrial complexes in the Republic of Belarus was applied. Received results have confirmed a wide circulation of antibodies to CVS - 2 in population of pigs in Belarus. Simultaneous presence both sero - positive, and sero – negative animals in farms A, M and O, can specify the presence of susceptible animals earlier not meeting with CVS – 2. Results of research and demonstration of typical clinical signs in a number of pig - breeding farms give the basis to assume presence of pathogenic conditions caused CVS - 2. During research in one of a farm CVS – 2 from serum of blood of single sows was realized. At these animals affection of an coverlet characterized for dermatitis and a syndrome of pigs nephropathy were observed. The necessary histologic research and virus isolation from bodies of sick pigs are conducted. The presence of antibodies to CVS – 2 in itself does not show a diagnostic sign. The final diagnosis of diseases caused ЦВС-2, is considered to be established at the presence of a number of signs
