[Actuality of receiving and application of immunomodulatory means on a basis of lipopolysaccharides of gramnegative bacteria: the modern approach and directions]

The data on prospectives for application of the immunomodulants derived from lipopoly - saccharides of gramnegative bacteria, affect on the organism, development of domestic preparations are presented. It is well - known, that a source lipopoly - saccharides in an organism are gramnegative intestines microflora. Small amount receipt of lipopoly - saccharides in a blood flow is considered necessary for maintenance of physiological immunity. In this connection it is represented interesting use of preparations on a basis of lipopoly - saccharides of gramnegative bacteria. The important feature is their compatibility with various medical products and the vitamins actively influencing on immune system, catalyzing and regulating biochemical processes. Bacterial immunomodulators allow to realize protective potential of immune system of organism more full. Lipopoly - saccharide activizes all cells participating in the immune response answer – macrophages, neutrophils, lymphocytes. Combination of introduction of preparations on a basis of lipopoly - saccharides and live vaccines promotes more smooth clinical current of vaccinal process, and also activation cellular and humoral reactions that was shown like higher and early specific antibodyformation. The obtained data correspond to opinion of some the leading experts believing, that application of immunomodulators in combination with vaccines can lead to strengthening the immune response, formation fast endogenic protection, to their elimination of their immunodepressive actions, stimulation of a cellular link of immunity with expansion of a spectrum of protection against microorganisms for long term. In Belarus preparations on a basis lipopoly - saccharides bacteria are developed: preparations on a basis of lipopoly – saccharidesof of conditional - pathogenic bacteria - salmonellas and not pathogenic for warm - blooded animals - the activator of European foul brood of bees Bac. alvei
