[Farmaco - topological characteristic and the bactericidal properties of a new drug Permox]

The results of research of antimicrobials properties of a new disinfectant on the basis of hydrogen dioxide, lactic acid and surfactant are stated. Cultures Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Micobacterium terra and Candida rubrum are used. As an albuminous load 20% blood serum is applied. Permox has bactericidal effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in 0,1% of concentration at an exposition of 5 minutes, on sporous cultures Bacillus subtilis and mushrooms Candida rubrum - in 0,5% of concentration at the same exposition, on Mycobacterium terra - in 2% solutions in 30 minutes. The data about acute and chronic toxicology of drug, its influence on body of laboratory animals in one - fold and repeated processings in air - proof cameras, as well as findings research of annoying, accumulative, sensibility and corrosion affinities are led. This antimicrobic preparation on acute toxicology for white mice concerns moderately dangerous substances – LD50 is equal 4000 mg/of kg. Acute inhalation toxicity of the preparation for white mice makes 2000 ml/cube m. In a dose 1/20 LD50 of the preparation does not possess chronic intragastric and inhalation toxicity. Introduction within 30 days inside 7 LD50 of the preparation does not lead to cumulation of the preparation and destruction of laboratory animals. The preparation does not render sensitizing action on an organism of porpoises at repeated cutaneous applications. 1% solutions of the preparation do not render irritating action on a skin and a mucous membrane of rabbits eye. Speed of corrosion of plates from aluminium alloy at processings by 1% solution of Permox made 0,0070 g/square m - days, of the zinced tin - 0,2074/square m
