[Morphological changes in blood and bone marrow of poultry vaccinated against infectious laryngotracheitis]

The morphological changes in blood and bone marrow of hen youngsters under parenteral immunized against infectious laryngotracheitis have been investigated. It is shown that in bone marrow of vaccinated poultry augmentation of the common number of granulocytes, eosinophilia, hyperplasia of cells of pseudoeosinophilic line and in a blood – leukocytosis, pseudoeosinophilia, intensifying of phagocytic activity of pseudoeosinophils is observed. The greatest morphological changes are observed for the third and seventh days after introduction of vaccine. Application of liquid inactivated emulsion - vaccine against infectious laryngotracheitis causes marked morphological rebuilding of bone marrow.
