Investigation of the therapeutic action of Ganoderma fungi mycelium with early hepatotrophic action against cannibalistic behaviour of laying hens was realized. Two groups of hens of Hisex white crosses, 170 - 504 day old with complete feed rations were the objects of study. For the experimental group the mycelium Ganoderma fungi (5% of daily feed weight) were added into compound feed from 170 till 180 and from 190 till 200 day old age. In course of experimental and clinical studies there were registered the following indices: clinical state and viability; dynamics of development of technical traumatism and cannibalism cases; eggshell abnormalities; egg form defections; egg weight. Research results showed that the hepatotrophic action of mycelium of Ganoderma fungi in the experimental group of hens was accompanied by the normalization of macroscopic indices of liver by 235 days age. There was noted the regenerative process of liver size, coplour and other structural peculiarities. Histologic examination of liver of 270 day old hens of the control group showed the adipose degeneration. There was noted the presentce of grumous saccule in cytoplasm hepatocytes. Minute liver structure of the experimental group (235-270 day old) was recovering and was close to the standard. Liver cells had well - marked nucleus line and ample cytoplasm
