Fungicidal activity of sarisan against several phytopathogenic fungi

صينى. 为了进一步明确细辛醚的抑菌活性,采用离体抑菌活性测定、盆栽试验以及活体组织法,测定了细辛醚对20种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,细辛醚对黄瓜菌核病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、小麦纹枯病菌、甘蓝黑斑病菌、辣椒疫霉病菌、小麦全蚀病菌、番茄灰霉病菌均具有较好的抑制作用,其EC50为30.93~70.67 mg/L;对番茄叶霉病菌、苹果炭疽病菌、玉米大斑病菌、黄瓜炭疽病菌孢子萌发也有较好的抑制作用,其EC50为39.19~86.37 mg/L;1 000 mg/L细辛醚对小麦白粉病、番茄灰霉病具有较好的保护作用,其防效分别为68.64%, 68.40%。可见,细辛醚对多种植物病原真菌均有较好的抑制活性。
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]إنجليزي. In order to understand the fungicidal activity of sarisan, the antifungal activities of sarisan against several phytopathogenic fungi were tested in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that the sarisan had better inhibitory effert against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Thanatephorus cucumeris, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Alternaria oleracea, Phytophtora capsici, Geaumannomyces graminis, and Botrytis cirerea, and its EC50 was between 30.93 mg/L and 70.67 mg/L on gowing of mycelia. The toxicity of sarisan against spore bourgeon of Fulvia fulva, Glomerella cingulata, Exserohilum turcicum, and Colletotrichum lagenarium was effective and the EC50 was 39.19-86.37 mg/L. Sarisan had potent preventive activity against Erysiphe graminis on wheat in vivo. The efficacy was 68.64%. In addition, protective effect of the cells products against the Botrytis cirerea was better than therapeutic effect of the cells products on tomato. The efficacy was 68.40%. All these showed that sarisan had effective fungicidal activity against phytopathogenic fungi.
