Cadmium and Chromium hexavalent (Cr6+) as toxic metal pollutant excited the aquatic organisms. Water hyacinth Eichornia crassipes and Salvinia molesta have an abundant in environment and haven't been touched. Phytochelatine in both aquatic weeds is necessary as phytoremidiator on absorption of heavy metal content in the waters. Both in single and their combination, E. crassipes and S. molesta have been exposed on medium containing Cd and Cr6+ in green house laboratory, Faculty of Biology Unsoed. The split plot design used in this treatment, based on completely randomized design. The main plot is long time exposured: 24, 48, 72 and 96-h respectively. The sub plot is the weight comparison of E. crassipes (E) and S. molesta (S), single and their combination (E/S) 5/0, 3/2, 2/3 and 0/5. The result showed there was positive correlation between long time exposured and intake of Cd and Cr6+ on treated weeds, and combination treatment E/S = 3/2 at 96-h was the best one. It is also known significantly increasing chlorosyst on leaves of E. crassipes and S. molesta.
