Gross evaluation in this investigation indicated that fresh turmeric rhizome juice has a beneficial effect on both tyhe rate and quality of wound healing as compared to control. Whereas ,histopathological evaluation , viz. Fibroblastic proliferation , endothelial cells proliferation,connective tissue formation etc., substantiated that the treatment enhanced the tissue repaer.
