In order to study of Combining Ability and Hetrosis of 9 rapeseed varieties (8 spring and one winter type) for some traits, a dialel design based on simple lattice (9x9) experiment was used in Karaj. Corrected data were analysed based on RCBD methd. The result of analaysis of variance demonstrated that the differences among genotypes were highly significant (P0.01) for most traits, except number of seeds per pod. Means of traits were compared according to Duncans Multiple Range Test. Coefficiants of variation ranged from 5.78 in 1000.S.W to 29.27 in number of pods per branches. Analaysis of variance, for evaluating of CGA and SGA was used based on first method of second model of Griffing, the results showed that CGA and SGA effects were significant for most traits but not for intraction effects. Broadsense heritability ranged from 0.55 in number of pods in main stem to 0.85 in pod height. Narrowsense heritability varied from 0 in number of pods per plant to 0.39 in 1000.S.W. Broadsense and Narrowsense heritability were 0.61 and 0.08 in seed yield (as an important trait) respectively. As a result Re.Co. and Shiralee varieties showed significant and positive GCA for seed yield. Comparing of seed yield means by DMRT method showed that class A include 29 crosses and two parntal lines. Re.Co.*Shiralee, Re.Co.*Fusia, 19-H, Re.Co.*Bolero and Shiralee With 1886, 1811, 1795, 1785 and 1774 Kg/ha respectively have the highest seed yield.
