إنجليزي. Food NWFPs originated in mountain areas and from forests have a good image among customers and are attracting many enterprises of the food-chain. Labelling legislation regulates clearly elements that must be declared. In Italy only PDO and PGI that are produced and certified as produced in the mountain areas as classified by the Italian National Institute of Statistics are allowed to use the term mountain product
