The experiment was conducted to determine the effect of enzymes Rovabio**TM Excel AP, organic acids Euroguard SVB and prebiotics Agrimoss on growth performance, feed conversion ratio, mortality, pH and dry matter of broiler chicken gastrointestinal tract. Eight hundred birds were divided to four groups and for 35 days were fed with basal diet (control), basal diet supplemented with enzymes Rovabio**TM Excel AP (Group II), basal diet supplemented with enzymes Rovabio**TM Excel AP + organic acids Eurogard SVB (Group III) and basal diet supplemented with enzymes Rovabio**TM Excel AP + prebiotics Agrimoss (Group IV). It was found that compared to control Rovabio**TM Excel AP alone and in combination with Eurogard SVB improved body weight by 2% and feed conversion ratio decreased by 6%. Addition of Rovabio**TM Excel AP + Agrimoss improved body weight of broiler chickens by 4% and feed conversion ratio decreased by 6%, compared to control. Feed additives had no effect on broiler chicken mortality. The pH had a tendency to be higher in duodenum, small and colon, while in caecum it was lower, compared to control. Feed additives gave a higher dry matter concentration in broiler chicken intestinal tract content, compared to control.
