Substantiation of the optimum parameters of the plough bodies and the regimes of operation. Summary of promotion paper for acquiring the Doctor's degree of Engineering Sciences

إنجليزي. The aim of the research work is to determine theoretically and experimentally and substantiate the optimum parameters of the plough body and the modes of operation which would ensure quality ploughing with a minimum consumption of energy, work and finances. In order to reach the aim of the work, the following tasks were set and solved: (1) to analyse the existing solutions of the technological process of ploughing and the designs of the plough bodies, their parameters, modes of operation, the draft resistance, and their affecting factors; (2) to carry out theoretical research and obtain analytical regularities in order to determine the forces acting upon the plough body, and the draft resistance in connection with the parameters of the plough body, the physical and mechanical properties of soil and the mode of operation; (3) by applying the analytical regularities, to work out a computer algorithm with the help of which it would be possible to simulate the operation of the plough body and the forces acting upon its operating parts, as well as the draft resistance; (4) to perform simulation of the forces acting upon the plough body and the draft resistance depending on the inclination angle of the horizontal generatrix, the value of the initial lifting angle and working width of the body; (5) to evaluate the impact of the physical and mechanical properties of soil, particularly the friction resistance, upon the draft resistance of the plough body; (6) to make a tribometric stand and to carry out an analysis of the variations in the soil sliding resistance along a steel surface depending on the speed of sliding and the specific pressure between the sliding surfaces; (7) the perform experimental investigations of the draft resistance of the plough bodies, their optimum parameters and modes of operation; (8) to search out the possibilities how to decrease resistance, to obtain more rational design of the operating parts of the body, to optimise the parameters and modes of operation. The work has 4 structural parts, or chapters: in chapter 1 the previous solutions of the technological process of ploughing and the designs of the plough bodies, as well as their parameters, modes of operation, the draft resistance, and their affecting factors are analysed; in chapter 2 the aim of the work, the working hypothesis and the object of research are formulated, the amount of the research and the contents, as well as general methodology of the present research are fixed; chapter 3 comprises theoretical studies of the forces acting upon the plough body and their draft resistance using mathematical simulation; chapter 4 presents experimental investigations in the soil sliding resistance and the plough bodies, their economical evaluation.

لاتفيا. Zinātniskā darba mērķis ir teorētiski un eksperimentāli noteikt un nopamatot arkla korpusa optimālos parametrus un darba režīmus, kas nodrošinātu kvalitatīvu arumu ar minimālu enerģijas, darba un līdzekļu izlietojumu. Pētījumu veikšanai ir pieņemta hipotēze, ka arkla korpusa vilces pretestību, tā optimālos parametrus un darba režīmus nosaka augsnes mehāniskā izturība (pretestība aramsloksnes atdalīšanai no augsnes masīva) un fizikālās īpašības (pa korpusa cēlājvirsmu pārvietojamās augsnes masas izraisītie smaguma un inerces spēki, kā arī augsnes lipīgums un berzes pretestība). Vadoties no šīs hipotēzes, uz arkla korpusu un tā sastāvdaļām (lemesi, vērstuvi, sliedi) darbojošos spēku analītiskai noteikšanai izmantotas materiālu pretestības un teorētiskās mehānikas likumsakarības. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti un risināti šādi uzdevumi: 1) analizēt esošos aršanas tehnoloģiskā procesa un arklu korpusu konstruktīvā izveidojuma risinājumus, to parametrus, darba režīmus, vilces pretestību un tos ietekmējošos faktorus; 2) veikt teorētiskos pētījumus un iegūt analītiskas sakarības uz arkla korpusu darbojošos spēku un vilces pretestības noteikšanai saistībā ar korpusa parametriem, augsnes fizikāli mehāniskajām īpašībām un darbības režīmu; 3) izmantojot analītiskās likumsakarības, izstrādāt datora algoritmu, ar kura palīdzību varētu modelēt arkla korpusa darbību un uz tā darbīgajām daļām darbojošos spēkus, kā arī vilces pretestību; 4) veikt uz arkla korpusu darbojošos spēku un vilces pretestības modelēšanu atkarībā no horizontālās veidules slīpuma, sākuma cēlājleņķa lieluma un korpusa tvēriena; 5) novērtēt augsnes fizikāli mehānisko īpašību, īpaši berzes pretestības ietekmi uz arkla korpusa vilces pretestību; 6) izveidot tribometrisko stendu un veikt augsnes slīdes pretestības pa tēraudu izmaiņu analīzi atkarībā no slīdēšanas ātruma un īpatnējā spiediena starp slīdes virsmām; 7) veikt arklu korpusu vilces pretestības, optimālo parametru un darba režīmu eksperimentālos pētījumus; 8) noskaidrot pretestības samazināšanas iespējas, korpusa darbīgo daļu racionālākas izveides iespēju, to parametru un darba režīmu optimizāciju. Darbs strukturēts 4 nodaļās: 1. nodaļā analizēti iepriekšējie aršanas tehnoloģiskā procesa un arklu korpusu konstruktīvā izveidojuma risinājumi, to parametru, darba režīmu, vilces pretestības un tos ietekmējošo faktoru pētījumi; 2. nodaļā formulēts darba mērķis, darba hipotēze un pētījumu objekts, noteikts pētījumu apjoms un saturs, dota pētījumu vispārējā metodika; 3. nodaļā ietverti uz arkla korpusu darbojošos spēku un to vilces pretestības teorētiskie pētījumi, izmantojot matemātisko modelēšanu; 4. nodaļā doti augsnes slīdes pretestības un arklu korpusa eksperimentālie pētījumi, to ekonomiskais novērtējums.
