New policies in the field of public procurement

The paper deals with new policies in the field of public procurement and with the moral, political and psychological aspects of public procurement. Especially with two areas: electronic procurement and the regulation of below-threshold public contracts and above threshold contracts. Below-thresholds contracts are not regulated by the European directives. There are some ideas concerning moral and others aspects in the field of public procurement also. The aim of this article is to put forward some ideas how to improve practise in this field.
