The content of photosynthetic pigments in spring wheat leaves in dependence on mineral supply through leaves

إنجليزي. Fertilisers are of great significance in the formation of wheat (Triticum L.) spring variety yield and its quality. Usually organic and mineral nutrients for plants are worked into the soil. It is known that the utilisation of mineral nutrients from soil is not with the high efficiency. An actual problem for agriculture is the rational using of nutrients. Mineral supply trough leaves increases the availability of minerals and it is better for the environment. This was the first investigation of the influence of mineral supply trough leaves on amount of photosynthetic pigments in spring wheat leaves in Latvia. There were field tests and laboratory experiments. Field tests and laboratory experiments were carried out with wheat variety 'Jasna'. During the heading phase plants were sprayed with solution of micronutrients – DDMn (Mn:Zn:Cu:Mo:B = 4:0.010:0.020:0.001:0.010) and solution of macronutrients – Phosific (NH4NO3:P2O5:K2O:SO3 = 10:15:5:30). The field tests were carried out in the Latgale' Scientific Agricultural Centre in Eastern Latvia, but the laboratory experiments in the Department of Plant Physiology the faculty of Biology the University of Latvia. Field tests were performed in the year 2005. The field tests were organised according to the method of random blocks with 4 repetitions. The total area for a block was 2 m × 10 m = 20 m2. The total space of the test was 1600 m2. There was humus podzolic gley soil. The content of organic substances in the soil was 5.2%, pHKCl – 6.45. Micronutrients in soil (mg l-1): N – 100, P – 730, K – 140, Ca – 13625, Mg – 2500, S –- 23, Fe – 2800, Mn – 125, Zn – 5, Cu – 8.5, Mo – 0.08, B – 1.20. Pre-plant was flax. As a basic fertiliser Kemira Grow How complex mineral nutrition 5:10:25 3 c ha-1, mineral supplement was ammonium nitrate – 1 c ha-1 (the recommendations of the supplier). In field tests the yield of wheat was determined. The wheat was cropped according to the seed ripening phase by grain combine harvester Sampo–130.

لاتفيا. Vasaras kviešu (Triticum L.) ražības un ražas kvalitātes veidošanā nozīmīgs faktors ir mēslojums. Augiem barības elementu nepieciešamību parasti nodrošina ar organisko un minerālmēslojumu, tos iestrādājot augsnē. Tā kā augiem minerālelementu izmantošanas efektivitāte nav augsta, lapu mēslojuma pielietošana ir viens no patlaban aktuālākiem šīs problēmas risinājumiem. Miglošana caur lapām palielina augu minerālmēslu izmantošanas efektivitāti un samazina negatīvās sekas vidē. Minerālelementi lapas audos iekļūst caur kutikulas hidrofiliskajām porām, kuru diametrs ir mazāks par 1nm (Schonherr,1976), nonāk apoplastā, tad pa plazmodesmām iekļūst šūnās, pa simplastu pārvietojas uz citām lapas parenhīmas šūnām un iesaistās metabolismā vai nonāk vadaudos (Schonherr,1976; Marschner, 1999). Vielu uzņemšanu caur lapām ietekmē auga ontoģenēzes etaps, lapu anatomiskā uzbūve, mēslošanas līdzekļa ķīmiskās īpašības un koncentrācija, meteoroloģiskie apstākļi un citi faktori (Levy, Horesh, 1984; Tyree et al., 1990; Bowman, Paul, 1992; Marschner, 1999). Kaut arī minerālelementu uzņemšana caur lapām nevar aizstāt augu minerālo barošanos no augsnes caur saknēm, tomēr tai ir priekšrocības (Tyree et al., 1990; Marschner, 1999): iespējams ātri piegādāt augiem tieši attiecīgajā attīstības periodā visvairāk nepieciešamos elementus un tādā veidā regulēt augšanu un attīstību; ātri un efektīvi novērst fizioloăiskos traucējumus, kuri radušies minerālelementu trūkuma rezultātā; vajadzīgs neliels daudzums attiecīgo savienojumu; samazinās augsnes piesārņošana ar ķimikālijām. Pēc vairāku autoru domām fotosintēzes pigmentu daudzums augu lapās zināmā mērā raksturo apgādi ar minerālelementiem (Longstreth, Nobel, 1980; Marshner, 1999) kā arī augu fizioloģisko stāvokli (Dudenko et. al., 2002; Neufeld et al., 2006). Pētījuma mērķis: analizēt lapu mēslojuma ietekmi uz fotosintēzes pigmentu saturu kviešu lapās un graudu ražu.
