إنجليزي. In this paper is explored the problem of risks of the public procurement and influencing factors of risks. Attention is set on the fact, that in the system of the public procurement alongside the legal aspects a large value involved is also an economic aspect. The goal of this paper is to identify contacting authorities' risks the influencing factors and to offer decision stages of their risk di¬minish. Determine of the estimated value, choice of contract award criteria and determine of the most economical advantageous tender is factors on which most attention is sent on. In the paper is determined, as suggestion choice criterion in the statements of results is influenced to count of given applications (complaints) to Procurement Monitoring Bureau, algorithms are offered for calculation of the most advantageous tender.

Paredzamās līgumcenas noteikšana, piedāvājuma izvēles kritērija izvēle un saimnieciski visizdevīgākā piedāvājuma noteikšana ir faktori, kam pievērsta vislielākā uzmanība. rakstā ir noteikts, kā Iepirkuma uzraudzības birojam iesniegti iesniegumu (sūdzību) skaitu ietekmē rezultātu paziņojumos norādītais piedāvājuma izvēles kritērijs, ir piedāvāti algoritmi saimnieciski visizdevīgākā piedāvājuma aprēķināšanai.
