The paper expounds the results of the theoretical research on the conception of manager's profesiogramm (skills, traits, professional attitude, knowledge, behaviour). Latest tendencies in the world's society define human resources as the most important and valuable resources in order to provide sustainable effectiveness in the enterprise. Managers should change their old 20th century attitude (mainly oriented on goals, structural resources) and transform to the human oriented leaders. The aim of the current research is to analyse the existing theories of manager's professional content, and to find out the necessity and possibilities for creating a new model of it. After researching and analysing theories of various authors about the necessary traits for manager's professional activities, several deficiencies in the respective field of researches were discovered: diversity and multiplicity of conceptions about the manager's professional content; lack of a single conception, which involves and merges all previously well-founded and uncontested elements of manager's professional content; deficiency of a single term comprising and merging all the categories connected with traits of manager's professional activities. It is necessary to define and to adopt a new term - 'profesiogramm' in the theory of management, which would cover the elements of manager's essence based on the leading thesis and studies of the world scientists. The concept of manager's profesiogramm should include the complex of skills, potencies, knowledge, individual features, behaviour and attitude used in a professional action.
