The aim of this work was determination of possibilities and effects of the reduction of herbicide dose Chisel 75 WG in relation to recommended dose by 33 percent in condition of differentiated post harvest soil tillage. The field experiment was carried out on light, good rye soil, split-block method in four replications, during 2002-04. The grain yield of spring barley was depended significantly on agroclimatic condition and soil tillage. The highest grain yield (4.12 t/ha) was obtained under treatment B, lower (3.96 t/ha) by A and lowest (3.85 t/ha) by C. The reduction of Chisel 75 WG herbicide dose by 33 percent of the recommended dose did not differentiate significantly the grain yield of spring barley
