The field experiment with two factors was conducted as split-block method on medium soil. Residual of applying of vermicompost (10 t/ha) made from manure and varying rates of nitrogen (0, 45, 90, 135, 180 kg N/ha) on selected soil chemicophysical properties were examined. After three years of applying of vermicompost into the soil increase of pH by 0.3 units and also increase of organic carbon content by 6.9 percent were observed. Application of vermicompost for fore-forecrop increased in general content of total nitrogen, available phosphorus and decreased content of potassium. Increasing rates of nitrogen promoted to assemble total nitrogen with decrease content of phosphorus and potassium in the same time
