The aim of the research was to determine the influence of stubble crops and nitrogen fertilization doses on health and grain quality of spring wheat cv. Torka. The wheat grains were harvested in 2003-05. The stubble crops used in the experiment: white mustard and a mixture of leguminous plants with non-papilionaceous ones, also four rates of nitrogen: 0, 40, 80, 120 kg N/ha were applied. It has been found that grain of spring wheat from plants after mixture of leguminous plants with non-papilonaceous ones and without stubble crop were the best quality. The most of physical features of grain were the worst after white mustard. The hectoliter weight, accuracy, total protein and falling number of grain increased with higher doses of nitrogen
