Author is considering live question of problems in methodology of scientific research. Economy (and agricultural economy), as social sciences, have special characteristics in methodology phases and procedures of research. Special attention is given to the several phases of scientific research: observation in economy, hypothesis, description, phase of data processing (statistically, mathematically, modeling, marginal analysis), experiment in economy, presumptions, foresights, and verification. Author continues to elaborate general methodology procedures in economy: analytical, synthetical, inductive, deductive, comparative, historical method, multivariate analysis, balance method and method of microeconomic and macroeconomic analyses.
