Effect of outside conditions and constructions of axial threshing systems of combine harvester on threshing product quality

The work performance quality of the combine harvester with axial threshing systems aggregated with OLimac Drago adapter was assessed. We aimed to damage of grain and grain losses during the harvest depending on working parameters of the combine harvester (forward speed, cylinder speed, and concave clearance). The harvested crop was characterized by average height of 229 cm, yield of 9.98 t/ha and grain moisture content of 14%. The parameters of threshing mechanisms were (9.4 - 14.5 m/s), concave clearance (25 to 40 mm) and throughput (13.9 - 31.7 kg/s). In dpendence of the cylinder speed, the damage to the gain was 2.2 - 2.8% and the losses on grain were 0.05 - 0.13%.
