The use of phytasis in the diet of Californian trout and its influence on the product [i.e. production] properties [of] Oncorhynchus mykiss (Walbaum)

This paper details the research of the influence of phytasis type Ronozume P5000 (CT) - DSM, as a salmonide feed additive, when applied at the 1000 FYT/kg dose, on the basic production properties of the Californian trout. It also shows the nutritive properties of trout feed, the content of Ca and R in the bone structure, tissue, feces and blood. The analysis of the research results indicates that a simulative effect exists between the enzyme application on the analyzed morphometric parameters of the growth rate of the surveyed fish. Adding the phytasis to the feed mixture of the Californian trout also had a statistically relevant positive influence on the biochemical parameters of the blood, basic blood elements, the mineral composition of the bones and the nutritive properties of the absorbed nutrients.
