The aim of research work is to estimate the influence of feeding of corn of low alkaloid lupines Sneshet and Kristal on parameters of nitrogenous and carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, milk productivity and reproductive function of cows. 4 groups of cows of Black-and-White breed were formed. The control one received the ration with sunflower oilcake and the other ones did it with different doses of lupine corn: for the 1st group the variety Sneshet was used (alkaloid content 0.04), for the 2d and 3d groups the variety Kristall was used (alkaloid content 0.075%). The tests of rumen contents, blood and milk were assayed. The biochemical parameters of rumen contents and blood were within the physiological norm both for the control and tested groups. The milk met the standard for Black-and-White breed and it was realized by variety Sneshet. The calvings were progressed without complications, the calf yield was 100%. The cow impregnation capacity was 88.3% for the control group, it reached 90.2, 87, 5 and 88.9% for the tested groups respectively. The profitability was 24.85, 39.74, 31.01 and 35% respectively. Thus, it is shown the feeding of low alkaloid lupine corn has positive effect on the physiological condition, metabolism, milk productivity(milk yield) and reproductive functions of cows of Black-and-White breed. The conclusion is that the corn of the lupine varieties can be introduced to cow ration in amount of 6.5 % (from dry substance) in drying period and in amount of 10-12% in lactation period.
