Research plan anticipate algae research of water in reservoir Garasi and Bukulja. Quantity of algae is also measured vs depth of reservoir. The aim of research was to define content, number and profile plankton algae, season changes, trofic status of reservoir, as saprophobical characteristics of water on the basis of algae bioindication. The samples were taken on the same place in different time of seasons: 27.09.2005. 02.11.2005. 06.06.2006 and 18.10.2006, to be able to see dynamic of change quality of water during the seasons. Biologic state in reservoir are evaluated on the base of qualitative and quantitative content of phytoplakton, chlorophyll a, trofic status (Carlson index) and determination of saprophobical quality of water.
