Evaluation of wheat Rht genes using molecular markers

Thew aim of this study was to determine presence of a or b alleles at Rht-B1 and Rht-D1 loci in the set of 172 hexaploid wheat genotypes, and to revise previous findings of a large number of null alleles in microsatellite locus Xgwm261 for the same genotype set.
