Genetic markers and quality of products from special branches of animal production

The work was oriented towards of alternative biotechnological methods used in evaluation of genetic variability among the breeds of chicken, geese, rabbits, sheep and Japanese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica). In the populations of these species were identified genetic markers a candidate genes. There were analysed influences of these genes to amount and quality of production and to reproduction of animals. The risk factors in the animal products and nutrition and probiotic influence to production and to microflora of digestive tract of animals were evaluated as well.
