Mathematical modelling of thinning from below in unmixed beech stands was the main work objective. Mathematical model has character individual tree simulation model. It was based on mathematical approach named Saaty algorithm and it was designed for simulation of thinning from bellow of various grade in young pure beech stands. Main objective of study was verification the simulation method. Verification was divided on two parts - parametrization and validation sample. Thinning model was parametrised on the parametrization sample and was validated with regard to its accuracy and precision on the base comparison model and real thinning s percentage from trees rate on validation sample. The achieved results of tree classification and prediction of thinning intensity were satisfactory. Moreover, the absence of the model for simulation of the defined thinning can be included to the greater thinning sub-model of the complex simulation model designed for the growth and yield of the unmixed beech stands.
