إنجليزي. Mycological collections of the distinguished Venezuelan botanist Carmen Emilia Benítez are studied. These materials represent species of Pseudocercospora Speg.: P. oyedaeae, P. palicoureina and P. piperis. The fungus P. palicoureina is first recorded in Venezuela and on a new host: Palicourea guianensis. Descriptions and analytic drawings of the three investigated species are given. P. oyedaeae had not been previously illustrated.

El hongo P. palicoureina es registrado por primera vez en Venezuela y en un nuevo hospedante: Palicourea guianensis. Se presentan descriptores y dibujos analíticos de las tres especies investigadas. P. oyedaeae no había sido ilustrada previamente.
