It was made an attempt to enhance the susceptibility of the permanent cell line from pig embrion kidney SPVV to TGE virus, Aujeszky's disease virus (ADV) and Porcine parvovirus (PPV). The virus replication was proved by cytopathic effect (CPE) and haemaglutination test. The results show that the applied protocol helps for faster replication of TGE virus in the cell line and acceleration of appearance of CPE. The protocol is appropriate for isolation and adaptation of newisolated strains of ADV. The tripsinisation leads the cells to stage of active multiplication when they are more susceptable to the virus influence. Adding of supplementary quantity of virus insures bigger concentration of viral particles and faster and more massive infection. The susceptability of the permanent cell line SPEV to PPV was enhaced by applying the protocol and by this way it may serve for isolation of the virus from pathologic material and for cultivation of laboratory strains.
