Study on the inheritance of some agromorphological traits in oriental tabacum

The gene effects for height of plant, number of leaves per plant and leaf length and breadth were studied using the cross (Kozarsko 541 x line 375). The finding revealed that in this cross, epistacy component was significant for height of plant, number of leaves per plant and leaf breadth - 51.27% - 53.54%. Allel gene effects were most important for leaf length - 37.89%.
