Georgieva, M. (Institute of Mountain Stockbreeding and Agriculture, Troyan (Bulgaria)) | Kondakova, V. (AgroBioInstitute, Sofia (Bulgaria))
Capacity for micropropagation of the twice-fruiting raspberry cultivars Heritaje, Caroline and Mammoth on MS basal nutrient medium with addition of 0,1 mg/l IBA; 0,3 mg/l BAP and 0,1 mg/l GA3 was studied. The effect of growth regulators on the multiplication coefficient and shoot length was determined during 6 passages. studied was the capacity for rooting on MS nutrient medium with half reduced salt concentration enriched with 0,3 mg/l IBA. The highest percentage of proliferation 2,44 was found in cv. Caroline and the greatest length of obtained shoots (3,26 cm) in cv. Mammoth. The best growth results were recorded in cv. Caroline 73,21%.
