[Price parity as the factor of balanced development of agroindustrial complex]

Research of modern condition and principal causes of price disparity for agricultural production and the material resources are presented. Directions on maintenance of equation of the prices in agroindustrial complex are determined. As have shown the results of research, the changes constantly occurring in material support of agriculture in connection with development of scientific and technical progress, and also in structure of agricultural production according to demand change on the internal and external markets are not considered. Besides, there are new models of technics which were not issued earlier, therefore there is a problem of comparability of the nomenclature of the compared goods. The order of definition of price parity accepted in Belarus does not provide the differentiated price monitoring within the limits of certain groups of resources such as tractors, ploughs, seeders grain which are rather diverse on the technical characteristics, productivity and according to the price. At a substantiation purchasing and cost prices for resources it is necessary to concentrate the basic attention to monitoring of expenses of the agricultural and industrial organizations, having kept monitoring of price parities on industry and agriculture production only as the auxiliary analysis. In these conditions there is a necessity of realization of the measures directed on optimization of price parities between production of agriculture and other branches of economy, for the purpose of maintenance of profitability of agroindustrial production, saturation of the market by agricultural production, raw materials and foods. To the measures directed on optimization of price parities at intrabranch level, it is possible to carry: decrease in specific production costs and realization of production on the basis of increase of labour productivity and use resource saving technologies; improvement of production quality; development of marketing for the purpose of revealing of the most favourable commodity markets of agricultural production, raw materials and foods. Marketing of agricultural production is a weak link in agroindustrial complex. And one of smoothing directions of price disparity is development of an agrarian infrastructure. It is possible to build marketing system of agricultural production on development of exchange trade, including electronic stock exchanges, using the state purchasing and commodity interventions, applying target and support prices, mortgaging operations for stabilization and regulation of the production market that will promote balanced development of agriculture and smoothing of consequences from price disparity
