The purpose of research is to work out the sociological conception for social-economic transformations in agricultural sphere of the Republic of Belarus which is based on theoretical and methodological ground of agrarian modernization dynamics; to analyze social problems of the development of agroindustrial complex; to reveal the peculiarities of market relations perception by peasantry on the base of sociological research. Methodological basis and methods of research was composed by conceptions from the research of agrarian activity of P.A. Sorokin, A.V. Chayanov, T. Shanin, methods of the interdisciplinary, comparative historical and empirical sociological research; statistical investigation of the state and development of agrarian industrial complex of Belarus. Economic and social-psychological conditions of the development of modern agrarian sphere are carried out; the specification of agricultural reformation is defined, the conceptual directions of agrarian relations renovation are worked out. Scientific novelty of the thesis consists in creating of complex elaboration of conceptual bases of methodological research of rural problems; in the making of social-economical and psychological compositions of formation of market consciousness and behavior; in defining the perspectives of development of various forms of property in the agrarian sector
