The data on the influence of irrigation with livestock wastes on the fertility of sod-podzolic medium loamy soils, their agrochemical and hydrophysical properties, harvest quality of perennial grasses cultivated in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus was presented. The economic evaluation of the efficiency of perennial grasses cultivation on the irrigated agricultural fields was realized. The investigation has ascertained that the manure flows could be the valuable source of soil nutrients. Their application increased the soil fertility, content of the mobile forms of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, lowered the soil acidity and increased the fertility and yielding capacity of the perennial grasses. Research results showed that application of livestock wastes (129 kg/ha) made it possible to produce 23,1 kg of perennial grasses dry matter. Application of the increased doses livestock wastes lowered the nitrogen cost recovery but at the same time increased perennials harvest. The dose-response relationship of the standard doses of livestock wastes and chemical composition of perennials was started. Research results showed that in case of the long-term application of manure flows the soil was over-consolidated, therefore the complex of measures for elimination of that negative phenomenon was required
