Results of the development of the system of fertilizer application for the high quality carrot (Daucus carota L.) of Lyavonokha variety and fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) of Sozh-2000 variety seed production in the conditions of the unheated film greenhouses realized in the Republic of Belarus were presented. Results of the field experiments showed that the highest yields of carrot seeds (9,7-10,0 c/ha) were obtained due to application of N45P55K75 and N55P65K90 both without manure application and after manure application in dose of 30 t/ha. The highest yields of fennel seeds (9,7-10,1 c/ha) were provided by combined application of N60P60K60-120 and manure (30 t/ha). It was revealed that the highest nitrogen (56 kg) and potassium (40 kg) removal was noted in the process of fennel seed production and was on 25-51% higher than in carrot seed production. Carrot seeds removed on 24-37% more phosphorous and potassium in comparison with fennel seeds. Application of organic fertilizers in combination with mineral fertilizers N35P45K60 (for carrot seed production) and N45P60K60 (for fennel seed production) did not provide the positive balance of the nutritive elements in soil. The following doses proved to the optimal combination of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium for carrot and fennel: N45P55K75 and N45P60K60, respectively
