[Analysis of suppliers of raw and other materials and services for developing the strategy of meat-processing companies]

The article examines suppliers of meat-processing industry. The main tendencies of animal husbandry development in the Republic of Belarus are determined. The local cattle markets and supply of goods and services are estimated. The role of suppliers analysis in the process of marketing strategy developing is shown. The analysis of suppliers of raw materials, materials and services has shown, that their total influence on business meat-processing organizations among factors of microenvironment of the marketing environment is the biggest. By working out and realization by meat-packing plants of marketing strategy it is necessary to consider following conclusions of the strategic analysis: the public sector of an agricultural production is the basic one among suppliers of raw materials on a meat-packing plant, that closely connects strategy of development of meat-packing plants and strategy of development of animal industries in region; the structure of manufacture and realization of meat and the meat products, defined by structure of consumption i.e. a consumer demand, specificity of duration of process of manufacture, and also economic stimulus (the price of realization of kinds of meat) allow to consider production of pigstry and meat poultry farming as strategic potential; relative stabilization of maintenance of meat-packing plants by raw materials is closely connected with benefit received from an agricultural production that speaks about necessity of tracing of an economic situation for animal industries and rendering of influence on it for the purpose of support of agricultural producer; constant monitoring of cartograms in dynamics can be an effective means of the competitive analysis, the basis for working out of strategy of work with suppliers, and also a part of process of working out of marketing strategy of meat-packing plants; suppliers of consulting, research and marketing services represent valuable information and intellectual resources which can be to a meat-packing plant arrangement can irreplaceable at development and realization of marketing strategy of the enterprise in the conditions of raising uncertainty
