The results of biochemical analysis of Maeva and Raissa fruits of tomato hybrids state that the use of domestic materials as substrates (agloporite, haydite, perlite) does not reduce their quality in comparison with import mineral cotton wool. So because of the contents of sugar, dry substance in the fruits sugar-acid ratio was higher, than in the control version on these substrates. Hybrid Raissa was characterized by the best gustatory qualities in comparison with hybrid Maeva. Use of a method of the correlation analysis for a quantitative estimation of processes of receipt of nutrients in plants and their communications with ¬ formation of economic-valuable indicators of quality of fruits of tomatoes, has allowed ¬to reveal and range groups of dependence of the given indicators on various ¬ mineral substrata, that gives the chance to use results as one of criteria of optimization of the power supply system of tomatoes
