In the article the results of researches on study the features of phytophage biological development from Diptera order sciarids (Sciaridae), moth flies (Psychoaldae) and shore fly (Ephydridae) under protected ground conditions are presented. The pest population dynamics in the course of two crop rotations on cucumber is described. It is determined that the phytophage complex prevails in the second cucumber crop rotation (July-October). The abiotic factors influence on pest population dynamics is shown. It is determined that with temperature and humidity increase in the greenhouse, the sciarid and moth fly catched number is increased with 3 weeks interval accordingly with 1 week interval - shore fly imago number is increased. Mass sciarid flight starts in the second decade of February by positive temperatures sum 280 deg C, moth flies - in the 1-st decade of June, shore fly - in the second decade of May by sum 2530 and 2260 deg C, accordingly. Maximum sciarid imago number was fixed under the positive temperatures sum 3780 deg C, shore fly and moth flies - 3580 and 4220 deg C, accordingly
