Occurrence of Pandora neoaphidis among vegetable aphids in Kunming, Yunnan Province

صينى. 2003~2004年对云南省昆明地区十字花科蔬菜田菜蚜种群中新蚜虫疠霉(Pandora neoaphidis)发生流行的规律进行了系统调查。结果表明:新蚜虫疠霉是昆明地区十字花科蔬菜田桃蚜(Myzus persicae)、甘蓝蚜(Brevicoryne brassicae)和萝卜蚜(Lipaphis erysimi)3种菜蚜的病原真菌,在昆明地区蔬菜生态系统菜蚜种群中周年发生,对菜蚜种群自然控制具有重要作用。从1~12月,新蚜虫疠霉均自然感染3种菜蚜,感染死亡高峰期出现在春末秋初,其中6、7、8月份自然感染率达最高,分别为43.36%、52.56%和59.94%(2003年)和45.86%、54.78%和61.76%(2004年)。新蚜虫疠霉感染死亡蚜虫除无翅蚜外,有翅蚜也表现出较高的感染死亡率,其中以无翅蚜感染死亡率高于有翅蚜,无翅蚜和有翅蚜分别为82.04%和17.53%(2003年)与83.54%和16.46%(2004年)。新蚜虫疠霉对不同种类菜蚜自然感染的相对多度顺序为桃蚜甘蓝蚜萝卜蚜。

Occurrence of the entomophthoralean fungus, Pandora neoaphidis(Zygomycetes:Entomophthorales) was investigated on Myzus persicae,Brevicoryne brassicae,Lipaphis erysimi in crucierfous vegetable system.Results showed that P.neoaphidis was the main entomopathogenic fungi in vegetable field in Kunming,Yunnan Province.The peak incidence was at the end of the spring and the beginning of the autumn in a year,and the maximum incidence appeared from June to August,with an incidence of 43.36%,52.56% and 59.94% in 2003, and that of 45.86%, 54.78% and 61.76% from June to August, in 2004. Those infected aphids by P. neoaphidis included alate and apterous aphids, with an incidence of 82.04% and 17.53%, 83.54% and 16.46 for alated and apterous aphids in 2003 and 2004 respectively. The individual and abundance of infected aphids were the species of M. persicaee, then the B. brassicae, the last was L. erysimi.
