Compatibilidad de Trichoderma spp. con plaguicidas y fertilizantes en el cultivo del tabaco (Nicotiana tabacum L.).

الأسبانية؛ قشتالية. Se realizaron estudios de compatibilidad in vitro de Trichoderma spp. con diferentes plaguicidas químicos de aplicación práctica. También se estudió el efecto de fertilizante inorgánico y los fungicidas zineb, mancozeb y thiram en tratamientos al suelo en presencia del hongo, y en un ensayo de campo se comprobó su permanencia en el suelo bajo tratamientos con plaguicidas químicos recomendados en el cultivo del tabaco. Los plaguicidas oxicloruro de cobre, metalaxyl, dimethomorph, trifluralin, napropamida y dimetoato son compatibles in vitro con Trichoderma spp. El benomil se considera como tóxico. Los fungicidas zineb, mancozeb y thiram ejercen una toxicidad ligera in vitro, aunque en tratamientos al suelo se consideran compatibles, así como el fertilizante inorgánico (5-12-6-2,6). En condiciones de campo Trichoderma spp. permanece en suelo por más de cincuenta días bajo el efecto de tratamientos con plaguicidas recomendados en el cultivo del tabaco en la fase de semillero.

إنجليزي. Compatibility studies of of Trichderma spp. with several pesticides were carried out in vitro. The effects of an inorganic fertilizer and fungicides as zineb, mancozeb and thiram were also assessed by mean of soil treatments in areas where the fungus was present, and the permanence of the fungus into the soil was proved in tobacco plots treated with chemical fungicides. Copper oxicloride, metalaxyl, dimethomorph, trifluralin, napropamida and dimethoate were compatible in vitro with Trichderma spp. but benomil was catalogued as toxic. On the other hand the fungicides zineb, mancozeb and thiram showed a light toxicity in vitro conditions thought they appeared to be compatible with microorganism. No toxicity was found to the fungus because of the presence of the inorganic fertilizer (5- 12-6-2.6). Trichderma spp. lasted in the soil for even more than 50 days under the effect on the commonly used pesticides during the seedling period of tobacco plant.
